Pre Started or PreBuilt Homes

Although our on schedule completion scheduling process ensures that your home is built in an efficient manner so that the projected move in date is met for you, we realize that sometimes you may not want to have to wait to have your home built. That is why we select plans and homesites and begin building the home with materials and products that will appeal to you. Depending of the stage of completion when you contract to purchase the home, you may have time to customize the final selections according to your taste and budget. Or, if you prefer, we can use the selections chosen by our design team.
